How do we find the best of the best? We do not randomly pick an agent out off the phone book. Our onboarding specialists retain only the top 5% of agents across the country. Through our onboarding process, we hand select, vet and train all our partnered agents to ensure your borrowers are only working with the best. With every borrower referred, we factor in borrower and lender reviews to keep our network lean at all times. An agent must maintain the status quo to remain in our highly coveted network.

Once our agents have passed our extensive screening process, they are then trained on how to handle the hurdles that come up along the way in the home buying process. If a buyer mentions another lender, our agents are going to find out who, what, where and why and notify you immediately so that you have a chance to compete.
